The right fit

Sometimes life throws us curve balls, and it can be hard to know where to turn to for support. Whether you're navigating life transitions, adjusting to a new culture, or struggling with issues related to food and body image, it’s natural to feel uncertain or stuck. Therapy can help you make sense of these feelings, and working with a therapist you trust provides the support and clarity you need to move forward. Therapy is a space where we can explore what you’re facing, develop coping strategies, and empower you to make meaningful changes in your life.

In it together

The right therapist is someone who truly listens to you, understands your unique experiences, and creates a safe space for you to explore your feelings. My approach is integrative, combining person-centred and psychodynamic techniques with elements of CBT and positive psychology. This means we can explore your thoughts and feelings while also focusing on practical strategies to help you manage difficult situations and emotions. Whether you’re looking for support with anxiety, depression, living abroad, or eating issues, I’m here to walk alongside you, guiding you towards healing and growth.

Hello, I’m Pippa

I’m really passionate about supporting and encouraging people along their journey to feeling better and helping them to connect to a life with more meaning and purpose. Having experienced this journey myself, it’s always an honour to walk alongside others as they navigate their own.

My background is in Psychology research (MSc) and work as a counsellor, clinical supervisor and teacher in schools, universities and private practice. My approach is integrative, which allows us to use a variety of techniques, including talking therapy, mindfulness, creative expression, and therapeutic interventions.

Whether we’re talking, using creative methods, or practising mindfulness, my aim is to help you feel grounded, understood, and empowered as you work towards the changes you want in your life.
