Since 2017, I’ve helped adults and young people navigate life’s challenges through counselling in schools, universities, and private practice. Having worked closely with international students and professionals, I understand the unique pressures of adapting to a new culture, managing transitions, and dealing with uncertainty. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, homesickness, or finding your sense of belonging, therapy can provide the support you need.

In addition to my counselling work, I also support other therapists as a clinical supervisor.
