Hello, I’m Pippa
MSc MBACP Counsellor | Clinical Supervisor | Mindfulness Instructor
Hi, I’m Pippa
I’m a counsellor, embodied yoga teacher, and clinical supervisor with over a decade of experience helping teens and adults navigate life’s challenges. Since 2018, I’ve been working in private practice, drawing on my academic background in Psychology (BSc & MSc) and my research into the mind-body connection, which I’ve presented at a national conference and contributed to a publication.
My passion lies in two areas: supporting people with eating and body image issues and helping international teens and adults adjust to the unique stresses of living abroad. Having faced my own experiences with eating challenges and relocated from the UK to Spain, I deeply understand how isolating and overwhelming these struggles can feel.
In my work, I combine therapeutic and coaching approaches, drawing on training with the National Centre for Eating Disorders and years of experience teaching yoga since 2016. My approach is integrative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual, with an emphasis on creating a safe, non-judgemental space where we can work together to create change.
I also work as a clinical supervisor, supporting other counsellors in their work with children and adolescents in schools and private practice. Whether working with teens or adults, my aim is always the same: to help you connect with your inner resources, find clarity, and move forward with confidence.
It’s always an honour to see positive change in the people I work with.
It would be my privilege to support you or your child to create the change you want to see in your life.
