Therapy for anxiety
Helping you get your life back
Evidence-based online therapy using mindfulness and other tools to help you cope.

Is anxiety taking over your life?
Life’s pressures, whether from work, family, finances, or unexpected changes, can sometimes feel overwhelming. When anxiety starts affecting your sleep, relationships, or day-to-day activities, it can feel isolating and exhausting. But you don’t have to cope with it alone.
Taking the step to seek support is courageous. I specialise in helping adults manage anxiety, offering a calm, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and supported. Together, we’ll work to understand the roots of your anxiety and develop personalised strategies to help you regain control, reduce overwhelm, and reconnect with the life you want to live.

What does anxiety feel like?
Anxiety can manifest in many ways, and recognising the signs is the first step towards managing it. You might notice:
Persistent, uncontrollable worry, fear, or dread
Feeling restless, on edge, or easily fatigued
Trouble falling or staying asleep
Difficulty concentrating or frequent mind “blanks”
Physical symptoms like headaches, muscle tension, stomach issues, or a racing heart
Avoiding situations that trigger anxiety
Panic attacks or sudden episodes of intense fear
If these symptoms feel familiar, therapy can offer tools and support to help you feel more balanced and at ease.

How therapy can help you manage anxiety
Your experience with anxiety is unique, and therapy should reflect that. I integrate evidence-based approaches—including talking therapy, mindfulness, and practical tools—tailored to your needs. Whether you’re struggling with constant worry, panic attacks, or physical symptoms like a racing heart, therapy can help you:
Understand your anxiety: Gain insight into the thoughts, feelings, and patterns contributing to your anxiety.
Develop practical coping strategies: Learn mindfulness techniques, grounding exercises, and tools to manage anxiety in the moment and long-term.
Build resilience and confidence: Strengthen your ability to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and self-trust.
Reconnect with others: Improve communication and relationships impacted by anxiety, reducing feelings of isolation.
Hello, I’m Pippa
Since 2017, I’ve supported adults and young people in overcoming anxiety through counselling in schools, universities, and private practice. I understand how overwhelming anxiety can feel—and how empowering it is to find strategies that truly make a difference. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs.
In addition to my counselling work, I also work as a clinical supervisor, supporting other therapists in their practice. Whether you’re looking for online therapy from the UK or internationally, I’m here to help you take the next step towards feeling calmer, more confident, and in control of your life.
