Hi, I’m Pippa

Being stuck in a cycle of out of control eating and guilt can be so frustrating, confusing, and stressful. As a counsellor, clinical supervisor and mindfulness teacher, I am here to support you in healing your relationship with food and your body.
Finding the right help
Making peace with food (and yourself)
Experiencing a difficult relationship with food whilst balancing the pressures of career, family, and social demands can make life feel overwhelming. We now know that healing from eating and body issues isn’t a one-size-fits all process, which is why I have a whole toolbox full of ideas, both reflective and practical, to help you develop an easier and more compassionate relationship with food and your body.
What to Expect
I offer a warm, non-judgemental space where we work together to figure out what’s keeping you stuck and what can help things change. Our sessions will move at a pace that feels right for you, using a blend of therapeutic and coaching methods, including reflective practices, structured activities and grounding techniques like mindfulness. We’ll work collaboratively to help you feel supported in breaking free from unhelpful patterns and create lasting change.
How we can work together
I offer an integrative approach that combines elements of both traditional therapy and coaching. Techniques include:
Reflective Practices: To gently explore and address the underlying factors contributing to disordered eating patterns, helping you gain insight into your relationship with food.
Practical Strategies: Personalised tips and exercises that aim to break cycles of binge eating or bulimia, such as structured meal planning or self-compassion practices.
Mindfulness & Grounding Exercises: Simple, accessible tools to manage overwhelming emotions, build greater self-awareness, and reduce overall stress in daily life.
Together, we will create a safe, compassionate space to address the mental, emotional and physical roots of the issues you’re facing, supporting you to find peace and freedom around food and your body.
